With a mix of candor and compassion, I’ve coached frontline managers and C-suite leaders through crisis, conflict, and career pivots. I’ve launched HR functions from scratch, rebuilt them mid-storm, and redefined their role from back-office compliance to front-line strategy. Whether I’m leading through acquisitions, boosting morale in tough times, or standardizing practices across international bureaus, I’m always looking for the human heartbeat behind the business.
 
Some of my accomplishments include: 
► Building a global HR function from the ground up to support 2,900 employees and freelancers across the globe. 
► Reducing union grievances and workers' comp claims by training 250+ managers on compliance, leadership, and labor law. 
► Increasing diverse executive hires by expanding DEIB frameworks across race, disability, veteran status, and neurodiversity. 
► Standardizing international HR practices to reduce legal risk and improve operational clarity across borders. 
► Guiding a 1,400-person organization through multiple corporate transitions and workforce realignments. 
► Raising employee engagement during a company-wide morale decline by launching feedback systems and coaching programs.
